For us to approve your submission, your title must meet the following:
Be available on at least one of these platforms: Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Google Play, Apple, or Kobo. (US Sites Only)
The discounted price must be below $2.99. (We currently accept two price levels only, Free & $0.99)
A full-length book. Your book must be at least 125 pages. Children’s, non-fiction, and cookbooks do not have to meet this requirement.
The book must not have been promoted by Dango Books in the past 45 days.
Your book needs to be submitted to us at least 7 days before its planned promotion date.
Once approved, the payment is due 3 days prior to the promotion date.
We’d love to accept all the submissions, but we only select books that we think our readers will enjoy. This takes into account the professionalism of the book – cover, title, reviews, blurb, formatting, and free of typos and grammatical errors.
Your book needs to be submitted to us at least 7 days before its planned promotion date. We can schedule up to 30 days in advance.
All approved submissions are responded to within 48 hours via an approval email and a PayPal invoice. The submission is confirmed when payment is received.
Discounts should be active before 3 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the day of the Dango Books feature.
If your book is not discounted for your planned deal price at a particular retailer by 3 a.m. EST on the scheduled promotion day, we will only include links to only where the deal is available. We will let you know which retailers have been excluded, but we cannot grant refunds or reschedule your promotion.
If your book is not discounted for your planned deal price at any retailers by 3 a.m. EST on the scheduled promotion day, we will not feature your book in our email or our website. You will not receive a refund, and we are unfortunately unable to reschedule your promotion.
Reschedule a Dango Books Feature:
If you message us about rescheduling 3 days or more before your scheduled feature, we will try to find an alternate date pending availability based on the date you request.
If you message us about rescheduling less than 3 days before your feature, we cannot reschedule or refund you. However, you are welcome to resubmit for another date at least one month down the road.
Cancel a Dango Books Feature:
Please notify us at least 3 days before your scheduled promotion date to receive a full refund of your order.
If you cancel your promotion less than 3 days before the scheduled promotion date, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Your book must remain discounted before midnight PST on the scheduled period. This policy is in place because when deals expire early, we receive negative feedback from subscribers who accidentally purchased the book for full price.
If a partner expires a deal early with us more than once, we will stop working with them. Please inform us in advance if you need to adjust the end date.
